Im 160 pounds and i dont look like but every body teases me about it and do you have tips on how to lose it

how old are you?

Kitties-loosing weight

You could try doing yoga it is a fun way to loose weight. and you can even do yoga with your friends or parents and do competitions with them like who can stay in a certian pose for the longest.

or if you have a dog you could take them for a walk quite often.

or things like dancing, musical statues,hula hooping,walk up and down the stairs, go for a bike ride,
play twister, swimming, trampoline, horse riding, skate boarding, make smoothies out of your fruit.

try to eat your 5 a day every day and drink plenty of water.

if you grow your own veg it might help you like veg more
