Stop spots!

At the moment i have a couple of spots on my chin and im not to bothered by them but does any one know a good thing to get rid of spots?

Hey. Sorry that I haven't replied recently but I do know that you can go down to Boots and over the counter you can ask for Quinoderm which I find works well but could be strong at first.
If not, put your face over a basin of steaming water (opens and cleans pores) and then wash well with a facial wash and finally rinse and put cold water on your face (closes pores). Dab your face with a soft towel and you should be fine.

My main advice on getting rid of spots is always to ask for over the counter products.

The ones you can get in the general section of places like Boots are a waste of money and don't work because they are too weak.

You need ones that actually dry out the skin because this is what stops the spots which are normally caused by gunk and grease and the stronger ingredients dry up the grease to stop that happening.

The key ingredient is one called benzoyl peroxide and if you get a cream with a stronger amount of that it from behind the counter at the pharmacy then it should work better for you. But just use a little bit first as it is stronger and can take your skin a while to get used to it.
