If ur over weight a 169 pounds how do u lose it and how do gain self confidence about yourself

The best way to lose weight is to do lots of exercise and to moderate your food intake.

If you consume more calories than you use up then you will lose weight over time.

Just do it on a controlled basis in order that it is safe. This will also help you with your confidence as when you look better you will feel better too

I stopped eating for a while for my job (modelling) and when I did eat I only ate chicken. I lost a lot of weight but had problems when I became pregnant and it was difficult during the diet. You could try that thing they did on the big fat diet show, channel 4 or just go on a diet recommended by your doctor.
169 pounds is not a lot. You may think that it is but thats just about confidence. You could take up a new daring sport like pole dancing (I take classes near me, I'm sure there are some near you!) or you could set a challenge for yourself.

Omg, Im 125 pounds. I dont really look that fat though...I mean in my stomach and stuff. But where I do look really fat is in my legs. i RIDE MY BIKE LIKE EVERY DAY but it doesnt help make my legs thinner, it just makes them look muscular. Any one know how to make legs smaller?
