If you want to get a great body and don't have one, then forget working hard! There are new products out there that help to shape your body and mean that you don't have to.

Whatever bit of your body you want to change then you can sculpt them with the latest beauty product innovations.

Go into most clothes shops for women these days like La Senza and you will find these items for sale.

They include things like a control dress that helps to hold in your midriff.

There are also products that help to emphasise your behind and give it a bit more volume, a bit like a wonderbra for the posterior!

There are also other bodysuits you can use that even help to give the effect that you have toned up your legs nd thighs.

So whatever you want to change about you, it is now easy to do with some of the latest outfits out there.

And of course for those of you who want to enhance their breasts then you can just use chicken fillets, padding or a wonderbra. So whether you want to add to your body and figure or take away from it, it is now easier than ever.

Of course I guess I should add it is a good idea to keep fit anyway and to try to maintain a healthy body weight - see my expert page on body mass index for more information on how to calculate if you are within the standard and healthy range.

But overall, for a quick fix on a special night out where you want to make sure you wow everyone, then try out one of these new products and you are sure to be delighted. Just don't eat too much as some of them are a bit tight!!!
