My Tips On Getting Rid Of Spots

What should i do when i have spots

Spots,no'one likes them you want to go out looking your best right and then the worse case scenario something big and red maybe a few are directly on your face. Well i can speak in knowledge because we've all had them apart from a few who have almost natural clear skin.And today i'm here to just possibly help youget rid of them or prevent them with a few easy tips.

You know you go to the shops see a whole shelf of branded creams and wonder which is the best which should i get?? before you pick just any up it's vital you know your skin type. If you have sensitive skin i strongely advice not to pick a exfoiliating cream. They take out all the natural oil from your skin leaving it flakey which is not nice ive had that more than a few times and it's really hard to controll. So you may wonder to yourself what do i do if i have sensitive skin?? it's easy take a look at the clean and clear products they are really helpfull and use them and they do work seriously some a tad expensive ranging around £4 but the tube is quite big so it lasts pretty long. Ok so in the case of a cream my tips are:

1)wet your face with hot water
2)massage the cream in circles on your face,rubbing gentle but more in places that grease builds up more (the places you get more spots)
3)wet your face again after finishing so the cream doesn't build up and cause dead skin/grease
4)dab your face smoothly with a soft cotton towel

I do that atleast twice a day.

That's how easy it is to use a cream correctly rather than rubbing furiously which does inflate the skin causing red patches. If your condition is a skin disorder such as ecezma or acne go to your doctor they will offer medicine and subscribed creams. Trust me i did this and my face became so clear not a spot in site and the doctor noticed himself. He even said to me "your face is so clear now i didn't recongize you". These medicines really do work and though they may taste bad the results are excellent. Creams are reccomended to be put on twice a day to refresh. And ofcourse after eating greasey food do notplace your fingers on your face. Rubbing your face with greasey fingers causes grease build up which makes spots.

So always wash your hands with soap or a hand wash.... i will also recommend some other products which I find really effective the w.i.t.c.h products. Just the wipes are really great they take off any grease build up off your face and prevent black heads/white heads. The most obvious spot to me is a heat spot. Sweating to much can cause these to appeaer they are just like little white pimples,so try not to get to much heat. It is not advised with sensetive skin to use products such as suda cream i used it on my skin and it dried the spots causing a outbreak on my face.

And the final key to healthy skin has to be water!! drinking atleast 2 litres of water a day will refreshen your skin leaving it noticeabley healthier and ofcourse you'll feel the fresheness. Another vital thing is that stress can cause spots so try not to become to stressed.

I hope this all really does help, so just remember creams,water,and no greasey fingers!!!
