Have a look at high street stores such as TK Maxx, Gap or New Look. Then go to a budget shop such as Primark or Matalan for any extra accessories such as socks, scarves, gloves, belts, bags, hats etc. That way your outfit wont look so cheap if you have a medium price tag shop for your main items of clothing. Have a look through your fave fashion magazines or online and cut out or print any items you like the look of. Stick them together in a scrap book.
