How To Apply Lip Liner
| Beauty : Cosmetics Lip liner generally isnt something many women really talk about or remember, but when applying lipstick or lipgloss it may be a good idea to use to help highlight your lips. Choose a neutral shade to begin with, and if you wish, later on you can use colours which match your lipstick or clothing. Using a mirror and a decent amount of light, balance your elbow on a table. Start at the middle indent of your top lip and use short strokes to trace along the outer edges towards each corner. Do the same for the bottom one, and dont push hard whilst applying or it wont look very natural. You dont need much, just enough to see the colour. Next, colour in the entire lip and do this evenly. It doesnt matter if its not perfect though. Apply some lip gloss onto the liner for a lighter feel, otherwise use lipstick over the top for a more matte and dramatic look. Remember lip liners do not need to be sharpened like eye liner pencils do.
