If you search google for proxy server or proxy list you will find a long list of websites that allow connection publically to their proxy. Then it's just a case of changing over the IP address from the proxy list into the proxy server box checked in your internet explorer internet options. You will also need the port so paste that across too and away you go. Of course the connection may be slow, and check first there is no cost for connection to the server.
