This means that when you are exercising and doing activity in the bra, it will need to have the right support for your bust and not dig in, or lose the support and so on and so forth. It may make you a little self conscious, but all you need to do in the changing room is gently jog up and down on the spot and check that the support is there for your bust and that it feels comfortable. Of course some movement is to be expected, but check that it offers a similar level of support to your previous sports bras so that when you do sport and exercise, there are not going to be any nasty surprises and you will have the suitable level of comfort from your sports bra.
