Dealing With Friends Who Always Talk About Themself

Relationships : Friendships

We all have one or two friends who seem to spend the majority of the time talking about themselves.

Whether they are moaning about work, their boyfriend, those around them or not moaning at all they seem to always want to talk about themselves, and never ask about you or what you are doing apart from in the most superficial manner.

Given this what can you do to ensure that you don't get driven crazy by this friend?

Well, the best way is to simply confront the situation.

Tell this friend that you have a 'friend' who is always moaning about their own life and pays no attention to hers. It is hopeful that they should get the hint and with a bit of luck this will help to improve the situation.
