Hi. I'm 14, and found the best way to deal with spots is to drink loads of water, even when you;re not thirsty. Don't touch your face- it makes spots worse. Tie your hair back, to avoid oil running down face. Avoid applying foundation/ make-up, as it will clog pores up. Cut down on fatty and sugary foods. If you're stressed, try some simple yoga techniques (stress causes spots.) Apply a face mask once a week. Don't scrub your skin to often or hard, or it will peel away and become dry.
