Diet Food Menu: Day Seven

For breakfast, have a fresh fruit salad and combine with a little natural yoghurt. One of the best ways to start the day!

Lunch time:

Have a smoked salmon sandwich or other low calorie sandwich filling; combine with some salad like tomato and lettuce inside for a delicious sandwich.

Dinner:

Have a traditional roast; go for a chicken or nut roast. As usual, add lots of veg like steamed broccoli and some new potatoes.
