| Computing : Newsletters Another key question is how often to send email newsletters. For the majority of websites, a weekly, fornightly or monthly newsletter works best. Anything more frequent and there are two problems: people feel their inbox is cluttered and may decide to unsubscribe, and secondly you may struggle for time to write the newsletters with everything else that you have to do. Certainly on an ongoing basis it is very hard to maintain daily emails, for instance. And anything less frequent than a month and people may forget who you are and subscribing to the newsletter, which again is not what you want.
