The solution is to use shading, specifically try this three coloured approach: First, use a light shade of chosen colour all over the area of the eye that you are making up. Next use a slightly darker, but not dark shade, and apply to contoured areas of the eye. Use the third, final and darkest shade to outline the extremities of the eyes. The result will be that the shape of the eye is defined well by the shadows and blending of those three shades of the one colour and you will have beautiful looking eyes as a result!
