Here is how to exercise the face, as bizarre as this might sound, it works well and is great for toning the face.

Simply take a large breath and screw up your face, with eyes closed. Breathe out, lift the chin, your neck and stick out the tongue.

Repeat a few times.

And there you are - one exercised face!
