How To Focus Your Thoughts
Self Development : Brain Power When it comes to concentrating, and really focussing on something, many people find it hard. With so many distractions and thoughts flying around the head, it can be hard to really hone in on something. Here is a simple technique that you can use to help you focus in and concentrate. First, close your eyes. Block out all thoughts - if anything enters, stop yourself straight away. Then visualise a large red stop sign with the words 'stop' in white, and say stop several times to yourself. Clench your fist at the same time. Repeat a few times, and you will then be ready to concentrate on the matter at hand. Use this handy exercise whenever you need to.
