| Computing : Computer Applications If you have recently purchased an application and need help working it out, then the first port of call will be to check the manual. Whilst we all loathe these rather bland documents that tend to be written from the technical perspective, they often contain the answers to your questions. Failing that, the second port of call will be friends and family - everyone tends to know someone that is a whizz with computers and can sort out the issue. If this also fails - still don't panic. There is a real wealth of excellent, clear and free information out there on the internet. By performing a few searches you should be able to hone in on someone who has had the same problems as you, and then at least identify what the cause of the problem is. More often than not, you'll be able to solve it, too!
