Self Development : Happiness One of the best ways to increase your happiness is to play to your strengths, and try to develop, but not worry about your weaknesses. Too many people get down and miserable because they have some areas of their character or personality where they are not as strong as they would like to be in an ideal world. The truth is that we all have those areas. To be successful and happy, however, we need to learn to use our talents well and play to those strengths and areas of our character. Don't spend all your time worrying about your weaknesses or areas where you are not so strong, or you will not get the time to showcase your talents in the areas where you do have them.
