How To Have Healthy Skin

To have healthy looking skin need not cost the earth on creams and skin care products, despite what the media might have us believe!

There are two main reasons why skin becomes unhealthy. One is due to a poor diet, and the other is due to the environment around us - for instance weather and chemicals and products we use on ous skin.

To have healthy good, therefore, you need a healthy diet. Particularly foods rich in protein are helpful to the skin.

You also need to be hydrated, and this means drinking lots of water.

Combine water with proteinous foods, raw foods such as vegetables, and cut out the junk food.

It's not brain science, but it is very effective. If you can stick to this for a while, you will find that your skin quality improves tremendously.
