The general sort of sweets you tend to eat from a packet such as wine gums will have fewer calories than a bar of chocolate and are therefore less fattening. Therefore if you have a sweet tooth just replace chocolate with other sorts of sweets to satisfy your cravings whilst reducing your calories too!
