Healthy Jacket Potato With Soured Cream And Chives

Food And Drink : Main Courses

You will need the following:
4 Large Baking Potatoes
150g Soured Cream
Handful of chopped chives
Olive Oil
40g Butter/Margarine

Preheat the oven to 220c/GasMark7

Clean and scrub the potatoes and then prick them with a fork. Rub some olive oil and sea salt over them to make them crispy. Put them on the top shelf of the oven and cook for 1 hour 20 minutes. Remove them when cooked and place them on a board.

Make a cross in each potato and open them. Put in a dish and top with butter, and soured cream. Season them and sprinkle with chives.

If you do not like soured cream and chives there are other varieties.
