How To Improve Batting Hand Eye

The odd powerful hit will count for nothing if you can't regularly make contact with the ball in the way that you want to. But how to practice that accuracy? Well, get some cones that are about your waist height, and put a ball on top and a chair behind. Then all you have to do is hit the ball. You will be surprised to find that this is actually something quite tricky to do - you need to make sure that you are accurate in your hit. Therefore this is a great exercise to improve your hand eye co-ordination.
