How To Increase Your Basketball Jump
Sport : Basketball One of the key skills that you need in basketball is to jump high. This could be in order to intercept the ball, catch a pass or of course - to slam dunk! The best way to build your muscles for jumping is with this simple exercise. Stand against a wall or solid object (with no ceiling - e.g. outdoors) and bend knees slightly. Then jump up as high as you can and touch the high point you reach on the fence or wall. Then repeat several times, each time trying to get higher. Do this ten times a day for a few weeks, and the muscles will get stronger and you will be able to leap and jump higher.
