How To Issue A Statutory Demand

Business : Running Your Business

If you have to deal with debtor's who won't pay up, then you might occassionally have to fill in statutory demands.

What you need to ensure is to complete form 4.1 for an individual or partnership, whereas if it is a limited company that is offending then you need the 6.1 form.

You can get these forms from a law stationers quite cheaply; the forms are simple and straightforward to complete so certainly you can complete them without recourse to expensive lawyers fees.

Ensure that you give it to the registered office of a company.
