You need: 1/2 tub Philadelphia Extra Light Cream Cheese or 110g other light cream cheese 1 dsp coffee powder (whizz granules in a blender if you have no powder) 1 dsp sugar substitute - I use Splenda Mix them altogether and store in a jar in the fridge. Perfect on bread, toast, crumpets and digestive biscuits. And guilt-free!
