How To Make Your Baseball Swing More Accurate
| Sport : Baseball Some players have undeniable power when they make contact, but take wild swings or have problems with hand eye co-ordination and always making contact with the baseball. One way to work on accuracy is to be thrown a smaller target so that you really have to focus - this should help you to build up hand eye co-ordination as a result. For instance you could use any smaller ball, you could even use something like a ping pong ball from a small distance (if it's not too windy)
