How To Workout Swimming

If you have set yourself targets, then the best way to achieve these is to start off slowly and build up gradually over time. If you have a target of 20 lengths, for instance, start off with 5 lengths, then add a length or two each time that you visit. You will soon get up to your desired twenty lengths. To get a good workout swimming, try varying your strokes - alternate lengths between fast strokes like front crawl or butterfly with more sedate strokes like a breaststroke.
