How To Progress An Insurance Claim
| Business : Insurance Whilst you are pursuing your claim, it is known that the insurer can try and put you off. This might be through colourless, blanket responses, or even being very obscure in response to the questions that you ask. Know that this is par for the course with some insurers who are there to almost put you off the scent, as it were, with making a claim! Often it is simply because the person helping with your claim has little knowledge or experience themselves and therefore just isn't qualified enough to give you specific help and advice. Don't give up or go away if a claim progresses slowly - be persistent and you will get your reward in the end.
