| Money : EBay Proxy bidding may sounds like something obscure, but it is quite simple. It is the process by which eBay 'bids for you' up to a certain amount. For instance, if you see a lawnmower you want on eBay for up to ?10 and the current price is ?5, instead of betting ?5.50 you can set your limit at ?10 and eBay will bid up to this amount as other people bid in lower increments.
