You can purchase sleep in rollers in Boots, or online i got mine from http://www.velcrosleeprollers.com/ They are cute and they are the ones most of the celebrities are using, the price is reasonable and they come in pink or black. I got the pink ones and some of the packs come with extra goodies. Once you have your sleep in rollers this is what you will need to do: You will need kirby grips, although they normally come with the rollers. But extras will come in handy. Make sure your hair is clean and dry. Put in your rollers but rolling small sections of your hair around the roller, then securing with a kirby grip. Once your hair has all been rolled up, spray a tiny but of hairspray over them all. Then place a shower cap over your head. You can now go to sleep, and when you wake up carefully remove the rollers and brush through the hair. It should be bouncy and full of curls.
