How To Stay Sane As A Housewife

If you are a housewife or a house husband then it can be hard to stay sane!

With lots of chores to do around the house all the time and also spending so long around the house you can start to lose it as it were.

The key is structure and order. Try to do all your chores in the morning so that you can relax in the afternoon.

Give yourself breaks and treats in the day, cleaned that horrible stain from the toilet? Then have a nice cup of tea and read the paper for a few minutes.

Another key thing to do is to get outside away from the air of the house, so go for a walk round the block or enjoy the garden for a bit, particularly if you are naturally an outdoors type then all that time in the house can start to almost drive you mad as it were.

Finally wind down well at the end of the day with a good book or film or similar - let's be honest, you have most certainly deserved it!
