How To Stop Thumbnails In XP

If you are confident with editing your registry, then you can stop the thumbnail view that occurs in picture folders in XP.

This is convenient if you don't want the lost time and lack of display space that the thumbnail option inevitably means.

To return windows to the classic state, use this:

Start Regedit

--> Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion Explorer Advanced

--> Change ClassicViewState to 1
