How To Strengthen Your Back At Work

Here is a simple exercise you can do to help strengthen your back whilst at work, and can also work on your butt too.

Simply stand up staright, arms at side, knees bent a little.

Then lean upper body forward, and go backwards with arms and your butt. Hold this position for a few seconds, and then repeat.

If you find it too embarrassing to do this in front of other colleagues in the office, then you can always do these exercises in the privacy of the toilet!
