All that you need to do is write down a detailed list of the goals that you want to achieve, and even give timescales and dates - be as specific as you can as vaguery will make you lose focus. Promise to do those things by a certain date, and sign the contract. Writing things down like this and making them real will help you to achieve goals and targets.
