Yes, you can charge too little: if you have a great product and are selling it dirt cheap, people may get suspicious and not purchase from you as it could be 'too good to be true'. Similarly, if you have a good product but are charging over the odds for it, then the internet shopper has only to search Google and find another site that more than likely offers the same product - for less.
