Green tea is very anti aging, as it helps to regulate blood pressure, lower blood sugar levels and cholesterol, boost the immune system and even prevent cancer.

Leafy greens can boost immunity to help protect from illnesses. Spinach and kale are high in folate which is important in preventing blood vessel and DNA damage.

The cocoa levels in dark chocolate can prevent aging from happening so quickly. It is rich in antioxidants called Flavinoids and can help preserve healthy function of the blood vessels. A square a day is enough, so don’t over do it.

Soy products such as tofu are great protein and have little or no sat fats, so it will help reduce heart disease and lower blood pressure. It also helps keep down cholesterol levels.

Yoghurts contain a high volume of good bacteria to help keep the guy healthy and is also rich in calcium which can keep osteoporosis at bay.

A glass of red wine a day has anti aging properties and can increase good cholesterol levels and prevent blood clotting.

Drink enough water to reduce headaches and dehydration.
