How To Wake Up For An Exam

Make sure you wake up in time for that exam. As well as setting the alarm clock, preferably too, there is another method. The body is accurate at keeping time. Therefore as you lay in bed at night, make a conscious effort to wake-up at the desired time.

Also knock your head against hte pillow the required number of times - seven knocks to get up at 7am. Sounds crazy, but it really works. Try it, you will be surprised!
