What Do I Want To Do Less Of Next Year?
| Career : End Of Year Career Review You have asked what you want to do more of next year, now what do you want less of? It could be there were particular projects or skills that you found too difficult or boring or just not fulfilling - that's fine. The key is to identify, learn and move on from these areas - by doing something else and different instead next year. Make a note of what you don't want to do and make it clear to your boss you would rather move into different areas. If there are many aspects of the current job you don't want to do again then this could be telling you that it is time to move on!
