There are more distractions than ever, so if you feel bored and want to pace up and down then think about some of the distractions around you and use them! For instance we all have some gadget or gizmo that we got for Christmas but never really used, or something that we never read the instruction manual for. So read that instruction manual and get to understand how that gadget works and use it. There is something for us all to learn so don't mope around and get to it!
