Winter Dressing Rules

Beauty : Clothes And Fashion

Make sure your clothes have sleeves, so you can obviously keep warm, but they also look smarter and more elegant.

Don’t wear kitten heels with a pencil skirt, unless it is longer than the norm, finishing below and not on the knee. Otherwise maybe go for a neat waisted full skirted shape instead.

Buy some flat boots that you really like so you can keep warm and not slip over on the ice. Uggs or fashion snow boots are ideal as well.

Wear a proper coat and not an anorak. It doesn’t have to be expensive, but it will complete your look and make you look fashionable despite the rest of your outfit.

Leopard is the new denim – it is now mainstream chic and can be worn with almost anything.

Invest in a simple pair of black trousers as they go with anything and can look smart.

Avoid sequins as they’re not in fashion right now, and not to mention they go everywhere. It’s a pain to wash as well.

Wear red as it’s a Christmassy colour and will make you look more interesting.
