Working Abroad: Way Of Life

Career : Working Abroad

Remember that the way of life in other countries is almost certainly going to be different to yours and may be altered by a lesser or greater extent.

If you live in Britain or America then you may be used to for instance a fairly fast paced life in many places, and also be used to things being open across the day seven days a week.

In many countries though certain days many shops if not all will be closed and in general hours of opening will be a lot less than you are used to.

Laws, rules and attitudes also are radically different from country to country and can take some getting used to.

Quality of life is also important, and remember this varies greatly too; given you spend about a third of the day and none of the weekend (hopefully!) at work, then these aspects are important.
