Bluish colour skin after plucking
I have naturaly think, dark eyebrows which are always plucked or waxed into shape but i always have a 'blueish' cast on my skin where the hairs been plucked. Iv had this problem since i started waxing and plucking about 7 years ago. How can I get rid of it? it stands out realy bad!
