Boils and embarrassing spots

Im 13 and im always getting spots i had a boil on my chin and i did everything to get rid of it. Then one mornin i saw that it went but i had gained little spots on my nose and chin. i still have the spots and i feel all embarrased to go out, i also feel thry are huge and red when i look in the mirror.im dreading 2 go 2 skl cous people are probably gonna laugh. Does ANYONE have any advice to try and get rid or help lower the redness and size of these spots????? Please help i really would like to b spot free! I have look at some things like toothpaste and that but im woried that i use it and it makes it worse so im staying on the safe side and just putting hot then cold water on my face... but i think im going to try the toothepast thing.
