How to control sebum relief

Just lately I keep having very bad break outs. I never have any spots on my forehead, just on my chin. I have tried everything going, and nothing seems to work. The doctor give me Benzoyl Peroxide which is supposed to be really good but it just dries my skin out that much that it kills! Other people have suggested going on the pill as this can control the releasing of sebum. Whether this works or not I have no idea but I'm getting that down lately I might just go back to the doctors and ask them. Any suggestions?

Go back to the doctor and ask what to do. Benzoyl peroxide is normally the best but clearly your skin is really sensitive to that chemical therefore you need to try something else instead.

Using vinegar on cotton wool pads helps 'burn' the bad stuff inside the spot so the lump inside will go down and will scab. peel off the scab and use savlon or e45 cream, also remember to drink plenty of water and use salty water morning and night to wash your face and you should become spot free in less than a week! good luck x
