Eyebrow Plucking

My eyebrows are horribly scattered, you can hardly see them, all you can really see is like a little rectangle above my eye do you have any suggestions on how I should pluck them?

Plucking scattered eyebrows is a very hard thing to do.

What you need is to let the eyebrows grow back first, and only then attempt to re-pluck them.

Once you have your eyebrows back looking orderly, then follow the detailed technique for plucking eyebrows in this article; using a pencil to line up and work out the start and end eyebrow points and size of arch.
