i have fallen in love with a shy guy and like his best mate is always flirting with me even though his best mate goes out with another girl im soo confused please help me

Why not ask the shy guy out? This is the 21st century now so it's OK to do that sort of thing!
Steer clear of the other lad - if he is flirting with you whilst he has a girlfriend then he is clearly up to no good and if you went out with him he might carry on seeing her or in any case do the same thing with you!
