How to get an even tan

I used Ambre Solaire Express Bronzer and i still have streaks i followed all the advice, re self tanning exfoliated body scrub and moisturised and i sat for half an hour after applying the lotion still streaks. How do i make it even?

Try using a mitt, they are designed to help you apply your tan evenly, it stops the nicotine fingers and can even help you reach the harder areas such as shoulders. :@).
