How to get rid of spots

Germoline antiseptic cream is really good because it numbs the area of the spot and helps get rid of it. i would recommend putting a towel on your bed before you go to sleep, if you are going to put it on at night because the ointment stains the bed covers!.

Steam your face with boiling water and tea tree oil. Hold your head over the bowl and put a towel over your head. It is relaxing too! .

You yes you reading this can you help me? i recently had an outbrake and went to the doctors he gave me some stuff but i need to help them along abit do you know any natural remedies i have just over a week until my school photo and i want to be spot free help me ????.

If you go on a fruit fast(golden delicious apples work the best) and drink alot of water.the apples contain toxins and sweeps out the toxins in your body.also get a laxative to get rid of the toxins from the fibres..

I suffer with spots on my chin. nose and cheeks which has now left me with scars as i picked them which i recommend you not to SERIOUSLY !!

the best thing tht i found was freedom gel twice during day and then teatree oil before bed make sure the tea tree contains no alcohol !!! i also did a face maskonce a week this worked a treat in a month time i was spot free but still had the scars so i went to the nearist chemist and brought Boi-oil which treats scars stretch make and etc its great !
