Hey guys :) my spots really bring me down and sometimes i dont know what to do i dont even want to leave the house sometimes :L x But lately my spots have been getting better x every morning i
.i wash my face with a clinique facewash
.then i apply a thin layer of Azulen paste ( i recomend this strongly it has been the only thing to help me and ive tryed everything.)
And when i am going gto bed i
. Use special wipes for sensitive skin to wipe all your makeup of
. then use the clinique face wash to clense
.then i put a little of my tea tree cleanser and tonner (which you can get from boots)
.then you apply a thicker layer of Azulen paste ( you can only get this online from america as they do not sell it in the uk) or if your face has suddenly raved up apply organic antiseptic tea tree cream (which you can get from the cemist)
some more tips: dring loadss of water
. try to keep your hair clean and off your face
.dring water with a bit of squeezed lemon juice every morning
.use a skin brush to brush yourself from your legs up towards your neck (do not brush your face with it ) (this brushing helps to cleanse your skin)
. apply a facepack once a week
.apply honey to your skin and leave it on for at least 20 mins and it should leave it feeling calmer and smoother.
