Hiyaa im 12 bad getting spots... remedy

Hiyaa im 12 and is really bad at getting spots... so a old remedy in my family is mixing some ketchup (tomato) and some mayonaise.. apply it over your face for about 30- 1 hour make sure you cover all of your spots and when you wash it off in warm water make sure you get rid of all the cream and if you have some extra you can alway keep it in a jar in a dry place... GOOD LUCK x
